To obtain a residential or commercial permit for a single trade - electrical OR mechanical OR plumbing OR minor building (fence replacement, carport, etc.) - click on the link below to obtain a form.
Please note, multiple permits pulled for a single address/location within a six month time frame will result in a work stoppage order to ascertain the parameters of the project.
All new projects that involve more than one trade (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or construction) must have a Pre-Application Meeting (Pre-Ap). The Planning Department HIGHLY SUGGESTS that parties interested in development within the city limits utilize the Pre -Ap meeting as part of due diligence in the purchase of property or the planning of any project. The meeting may involve members of the Public Works Department, Planning Department and others based on the project scope. Click here for a Pre-Application Request Form.
